  Northern Michigan University will host a traditional Anishinaabe lacrosse game—or bagodowe—as part of its 125th anniversary homecoming celebration, at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, in the Superior Dome. Copper Shores Outreach & Education is pleased to announce a series of free Narcan training sessions aimed at equipping community members with vital skills to respond to opioid overdoses and save lives. They will take place on September 10 in Lake Linden, September 19 in Houghton and September 23 in Baraga.   Naloxone (Narcan™) is a life-saving medication that can reverse opioid overdoses.
