This presentation will cover the requirements of a power of attorney document and the rights and responsibilities of an attorney in fact. If you have ever wanted to know how to ensure that someone can assist you with financial matters if you are unable to do so yourself, this presentation will guide you through the necessary steps. Led by Amanda Gobert, Marquette Community Federal Credit Union.
